You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.

- Items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable

3. 1-Year Limited Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)
All Revon Go products are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects — not to normal wear, usage over time, or external damage.

- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Faulty zippers, closures, or hardware under normal use
- Structural defects that affect product functionality
❗ Important Clarification
This warranty is intended to cover production-related issues, not the natural lifecycle of the product.
❌ What Is NOT Considered a Manufacturing Defect
The following are not covered under warranty:
Normal Wear & Tear
- Scuffs, scratches, creasing, or surface marks
- Edge wear, softening of materials, or natural aging
- Minor cosmetic changes from regular use
Environmental Exposure
- Damage caused by sun exposure (UV), heat, or humidity
- Material degradation due to improper storage
- Contact with liquids, oils, lotions, chemicals, or cleaning products
Misuse or Improper Use
- Overloading or overstuffing the bag
- Carrying sharp or heavy items that strain seams or zippers
- Forcing closures, straps, or zippers
- Use outside intended purpose
Accidental or External Damage
- Cuts, punctures, tears, or abrasion
- Impact damage (drops, crushing, etc.)
- Damage caused by pets, fire, or external factors
Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
- Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by third parties
- Changes to structure, stitching, or materials
Loss or Theft
- Lost or stolen items
- Damage resulting from theft or attempted theft
Cosmetic or Preference-Based Issues
- Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or finish
- Personal preferences related to size, fit, or comfort
4. How to Claim Warranty
To submit a warranty claim, please email:
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A brief description
If approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.

6. Refund Processing
Returned items are inspected within 5 business days of arrival.
Approved refunds cover the product price only.

7. Exchanges
We offer one exchange per order, subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
8. Regional Conditions
United States & Canada:
Returns accepted within 30 days in accordance with consumer standards.
European Union & UK:
Includes a 14-day statutory cooling-off period.
International Orders:
Warranty applies globally. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging.
We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no cost.
10. Customs, Duties & Delays
Customers are responsible for:
- Import taxes
- Customs duties
- Local VAT
Revon Go is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.
11. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or claims that show:
- Excessive use or wear
- Intentional damage
- Repeated or abusive return behavior
